Most people think business is about making money. I believe it’s about building something that matters — something that outlives you.
I fell in love with business early. I watched my dad pour everything he had into our family company — the long hours, the quiet sacrifices, the weight of payroll and people. Then one night at dinner, he announced it was over. “I’m not good at managing people. I’m tired of missing my life for a dream that isn’t coming true.”
That moment changed everything.
I made a decision that night to spend my life understanding why some businesses succeed while others stall — why some owners find freedom while others burn out. That pursuit has taken me from blue-collar work in a furnace shop to being one of the top business consultants in North America. I’ve started, scaled, and sold companies myself, and helped dozens of others do the same — including several that made the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing companies.
Today, I help investors, founders, and consultants create real wealth — not by chasing exits, but by building companies worth owning and leaders worth following.
